Steam Vac Recomendations?

Okay my steam cleaner/carpet extractor officially died. Don't know what to buy and don't have a bunch a of money to spend on one. Any recommendations would be great?

I used my sisters bissell "little green" deep cleaner a few times and it worked great.

I like it not 100% what I'm looking for cleaning the car. I might buy one for the house because I have tile and wood everywhere.. Please keep suggestions coming.
