Re: black emblems

I'm sure you could go to like a body shop that's in your area and ask if they'll do it. And if they don't, ask them where they would recommend you getting it done.

I can't help you much other than that.. my fiance has done all the paint on my car.

Re: black emblems

Yah if you have a good body shop that does some custom work on the side like that, I'm sure they'd do if for you. If not, check and see if there is a custom shop that does powdercoating and surface finishes for automotive stuff.

Re: black emblems

Body shop would be the way to go. Some guys that dont even do custom would probably like to do it they probably get bored of doing the same ol' thing and would like something new to do. (thats actually what an auto body guy told me once)

Oh yeah it's possible...the 01 bullitt had the black honeycomb with a blacked out corral...it looked sweet. It's just plastic so it shouldn't be hard to do.

Re: black emblems

I always liked tinted tails on black cars...not completely blacked out, but smoked.
If you do tint the tails, just remember to tint the side markers...nothings worse than having tinted headlights, fogs, and taillights and have bright red side markers.
