Got my new headlights!!!! Muhahahaha!!!

I stuck one side in to see what they look like but I have to wait a bit till I hook up the harness for the HIDs. Don't have a drill and wiring isnt my speciality. They are friggin awesome though.

Lol, yeah I was looking at the one piece angel eye ones but then everyone started to get them and then I didnt like them anymore. I have always like the BMW headlights and then I found these guys at MakotoAutoTrends.com. Then I forgot the website for two months and then I found them again and just bought them on the spot. Sweet part was that they install without any cutting of anything like stock lights and come with an HID harness kit included in the price. The harness is the only thing that you have to really hook up. They ran me 250.00 shipped to my door and they are exactly what I wanted. I cant wait to get them all hooked up and see how they are at night.

The corners are definitely kick ***. The centers aren't too bad, but aren't my cup of tea. But what am I saying, I don't even like tea.

Yeah the site sells all the parts seperately so if you just wanted to get the sides you could and vice versa. I dont know if they have anything for fox bodies though but I'm sure they do if your interested.

I guess the halo or any sort of stuff in the headlight just makes the front end look out of place to me on the mustangs

Re: Got my new headlights!!!! Muhahahaha!!!

I'll agree about the projectors with the 3 bulbs being too busy. Like the old pair I had. Kinda weighted all the looks to the front of the car.

The 2 bulb ones look alot cleaner imho, especially in black.

Re: Got my new headlights!!!! Muhahahaha!!!

+1 on the corners, but im not big on the projectors either... Its almost too flashy. My only issue with them is that some of the projectors like that have really terrible light patterns, and arent really all that great

conrats on em though... they definately set your car off!

Re: Got my new headlights!!!! Muhahahaha!!!

Well I finally got them all hooked up but I got something wrong cause now my driving lights are my highbeams and my highbeams are my driving lights. Oh well probably just have to switch something around. Work great though! A lot brighter and clearer then my old lights. Love em except for the wire mixup. lol

they meant 3 bulbs per light/ side. 2 head lights and one markeron each side X2. 6 bulbs. Not gonna lie though 14 bulbs is f-ing crazy. come to think of it. I have 10. and IMO it looks bad ***. If i could figure out my damn camera id post a pic.

14 is just the upper grill. its 18 if you include the duel beam stock fogs below the bumper.

not all headlights though. 2 are DRLS and are only on in the day time. 4 are parking lights, then 2 more are cornering lights. which are only on if the left or right turn signal is on.

but the duel beam fogs (both with HIDS) as well as my modded lows and highs (hid as well) light up the road for miles. all 55 watt 6000k. yes im a huge light nut. i spend more money on lights than i do on anything else, and the corvette is super charged.

how is the light ouput?? i changed my yukon to projectors and with the standard Halagons my output went to crap. now with HIDS and after i retorfitted TSX projectors (with D2S) in the lows and HID KITS highs, and fogs their awsome. but how is your stock halagon output.

also how is the cutoff. im not expecting the same cutoff i have in the vette or my TSX's. but it should be atleast a nice clean line.

also how hard was the wireing for going from duel filimant bulbs to seperate bulbs?

THANKS DUDE
