Yeah, and they would look sick on a mineral gray GT...just like they would have looked sick on my white GT.

Re: Opinions on Roush Rear Window Louvers?

IMO they work on the mach 1s (esp. if flat black like the other accents) and 05+s..

aside from that, not a huge fan..

For $729.... yikes.

For me that translates to $858.87(CDN) + lame border charges (free trade my ***!). That'd easily a $1000 tab by the time UPS tacks on it's ****** charges.

Anyway..... I love the look. If I had an S197, I'd still probably look into them despite the price, once I bought a set of wheels.

There have been a lot of "on the mach 1s" comments...out of curiosity...what makes the mach 1 look good and the rest of the new edge cars not looks so good? Same body, same lines...only difference is a hood and spoiler that is black, but the same style as what is on my 02...

Just curious...

Re: Opinions on Roush Rear Window Louvers?

I have a friend here in town with them on his S197, he's on the site but never really gets on anymore. It looks good, yellow with black racing stripes with rear louvers.

Id say it has that "old school mach1 look" with the louvers on, and people are associated with the name "mach1" having louvers, so it just kind of plays itself into a good thing.

Plus the black of the shaker hood, with the black of the spoiler makes the louvers look less out of place.

I say if you are going to do louvres...go with these ones though instead...save yourself $300 from paying for the roush name and aluminum...

I like the look of louvers. If I were to get them, I would probably have them painted to match the car though.
