pioneer P4200DVD

anyone have it? what do you think about it? and if you installed it yourself how hard was it. i found it for sale for 329 so i think im gonna get it

Do you have a link? Im too lazy to search on my phone. I think that's the one I have. If so, I really do like it. It makes the stock speakers sound a whole lot better. And that sounds like a good price. I got mine for 300 new but it sold for 500

Oh and I had davids audio install it for about 60. And im able to watch movies on the go although I never have. Lol.

Looks nice man, I would have gotten one of these but the one I got from sony was too good of a deal. They gave me a head unit(not touch screen ) and two speakers for $100

i have an alpine touch screen dvd,cd ipod,and bluetooth head unit.i have three words pain in the a--.but worth it

just waiting to get the car outside on a nice day so i can hook the unit up to the emergency brake...have to pull center console/armrest

well i love not having to mess around with my ipod while driving anymore. and playing videos off of a usb drive is kick *** too. i did the parking brake bypass so i can watch vids without being parked (did that for my gf on road trips lol) also set my own custom background as seen here (sorry for the crappy cell pix):



and heres svu in my car lol:

soo...i was wondering about the wiring...i have the adapter...BUT it comes with two plastic connectors and i have three floating in the car...just dont use one or should i cut and splice?

you installed this through the stock sound system and speakers ???
if so how does it sound in place of the shaker head unit ??

sounds amazing. def allows you to wake up the speakers since theyre underpowered from the factory. it also allows you to adjust like 8 different ranges. and since i have 2 10s in the back, when i watch movies its like being in a theatre with the bass

and chick nasty i would suggest calling crutchfield since you ordered from them. their customer support is pretty awesome. or post up a pic of what ur talking about bc im confused lol

yea i was trying to avoid the phone call lol...ill try to take pix as soon as i get back in...altough were expecting 6-10" of snow tomorrow

i think crutchfield is awesome got my head unit from them as well,and the suport was great,i agree
