how much does it cost....

....to have the front seats recovered? I think I might try to grab some from a junkyard, get them covered in red leather, and put them in my car. what do you guys think and how much should I expect to pay for the seats at a junkyard?

my brother payed 650 bucks to have his 3000gt seats re-leathered. He got the front 2 leather, and the rear seat vinyl. Vinyl is a lot cheaper... but yeah, thats my experience with that.

650???? damn, maybe i will just get black buckets and recover my back seats in black. do you think black seats would look good with an otherwise red interior?

yeah, but 650 seems a little high to me. check prices before you make decisions.

nah id say do red... just get some prices on it. Im sure you can get things done for less than 650. Also, check the internet for classic parts and what not... you might be able to pick somethin up. You belong to any classics boards at all? Seems like someone could get you some info on this there.
