2004 head unit need repalced - Mustang Evolution

2004 head unit need repalced

2004 Convertible
CD does not work. What do i have to do to replace it? Everything else works great.
Replaced one in an '02, one of the amps was missing, so we rewired and replaced all speakers. Did away with all the 460. What is the best way to fix this?

junkyard..30 dollars. also seen many of them on craigslist
