Static noise

Recently got a 2003 V6 400watt amp hooked up in it and all aftermarket speakers (eclipse brand) behind the back seat I took out the 4x6s and replaced them with 6x9 triaxil pioneers. Sound great but if no music is playing and stereo is still turned on I hear a static noise. I've tried a lot of different things triple checked all connections and still can't find what I'm doing wrong... Any ideas
