mach460 by-pass

heres the diagram for iliminating the fatory mach460 system/amps after you installed a aftermarket head unit, because aftermarket harness wont give you a nice even sound then whit the stock unit.

Hey I'm installing a new deck tomorrow along with the f And r speakers should I disable the Mach system ? If so do I have to run new speaker wire?

no seens there already run tru the mid/tweeters sow whit these bypass you be ready and finish quickly

Hey do u know what size Speakers That are located I behind my mirror i want to replace them and I'm not sure if a 1" tweeter would be good?

I did this by-pass just a couple days ago, it worked great!!! Thanks for the diagram

the mid-speaker zise is 2 1/2 but are you still using your mach system if sow puting a tweeter it would sound a bit high and no mid's since the mach speakers are trowing only bass on the bottom, try to keep the mid speakers and just add the tweeters on the corner pillars thats how i have them and it sound good.
but if your not using your mach system any more then the tweeters would fit there maybe ifyou get some big tweeters like pionner brand makes some 2 1/2 they would sound nice or any others, just remember to add a capacitor or bass blocker some people call them like that to avoid bass in the tweeter and to not burn then also, most sound shops sell them for like $1 put it in between the positive cable in the tweeter.

try a non-polorize capacitor type 100v 50uf it should over 100watts sow the tweeter wont get bass and not burn

just remember to hook up,the correct polarity (+) ( -) cable there color coded you can check out these wedd page under vehicle wiring and it shows you which color is which in every door, www.12volt.com or audiovoxtech.com

yeah rigth and left fronts, wires , are you goint to put them by doors or by windshield, if sow just pass two wires from radio ,
