Audio curiosity

I have a 2011 Mustang and was wondering if I can hook a sub and amp up to the factory head unit. Simple enough question. Thoughts?

Not sure about the 2011's, but I would imagine if you have the shaker there is a way. It's do-able in the 05-09's. I think there is only one AUX on the shaker systems.

It's not the premium sound. I decided to be a cheap *** and get the basic stereo.
