Empty hole where the stock CD player used to be.

i just recently purchased a new Head Unit and you obvioulsy have to take the old cd player out, and now there is a hole where it used to be and i was wondering if i would have to make my own din or is there a place or site where i could buy it.?

you can buy an insert (oem ford) thats a little cubby hole to slide into the empty slot, some have a gauge pod that goes there or switches etc as well

I have the same hole. Very irritating. Definitely tagging along to find out where this part is as well

Got mine from bestbuy but Walmart sells them also

most places have them. just look online! look for a single din insert. just look at some ford replacements.. I have one and put some LEDs inside it to glow around my computer gauge.

I went to a local junkyard and got mine for $6. If u buy one from late model resto. or from ford dealer b ready to get raped
