Speaker upgrade help

Alright, I have a stock shaker 500 system in my 2011 premium v6. Where would I even begin to upgrade the speakers, add a sync compatible touchscreen head unit and add a little thump thump?

So from my limited search you can get a $1200 kenwood and will need a automotive data solutions module and a metra 99-5823CH dash kit for $225 and a antenna adapter for $20. Do your looking at $1425 just for that head unit if you are capable with doing the install yourself.

If your heart is set of keeping sync I would just put in new speakers and a amp and sub. You can get that done for around $600 if you can do the install. If that dose not do it for you you can amp the speakers for around another $200.

I just remember back in my first stang it was around $1,200 just for the speakers ad I did the install myself and it was almost as clean as a professional. Im just picky seeing as the car says sync on it and when people ask, I'll say oh it doesn't have that. I know how much the stuff costs just never knew we're to look. What are in the bottom of the doors? If you know
