I usually find what I want on Crutchfield then go and find it on Google shopping for the cheapest final price. Makes a $300 pair of speakers around $100-$150 and it is still new with factory warranty

Subs don't mean anything without a good amp to power them.

+1

If they amp says 3000 Watt and it is $25 it maybe has 30 Watts

Invest in a name brand such as Alpine or jl

Your also paying for the name. Get on a audio forums. They know a lot about names you've never heard, but can out perform splines all day. Example, I got a audiopipe apsm 1500. True 1500 watts. Alpines say 1500watts, but probably only give 500-1000 watts. And more expensive.

Jl actually under estimates their products. Alpine might be listed for 1500 peak or something weird.

I hear sonic electronics is good. I like eBay tho because you got eBay and PayPal backing you if things don't go right.
