Looking for a double din stereo on a budget!

I'm looking to upgrade my 02 but I'm not going high dollar.

I went to Best Buy and saw a couple that I liked.

JVC KWR 500 was an awesome price at $150.

For $299 Pioneer had the AVH P1400 DVD.

Anything else you guys recommend in that price range?

With the harness and mounting kit and install charges too that's about all I want to spend on a system.

Best buy will rip you. Go to a online store or eBay and get that stuff much cheaper.

Best Buy had decent prices, but they have the highest installation fees around. All the local stores kill them in that area.

Crutchfield sold me a Pioneer AVH 3300BT for like $435. Came with everything and is amazing. I love it. Highly recommend.

My only complaint is it didn't have a USB port in the rear; only the front. Other than that it's awesome.

You might think a head unit is a head unit but going cheap is a big mistake. :/

Honestly IMO your best bet is to go to sonicelectronix like stated before, they are cheap, fast with shipping, and usually include all harnesses and dash kits with any headunit you buy. From there you can either install yourself, or then take somewhere to have installed and save a ton of money. I've ordered from them plenty of times before and swear by that website! Good luck!

Also, like said before, try not to sacrifice quality for price. In other words, you get what you pay for, anywhere. A $100 off brand HU obviously won't compare to a $500+ Pioneer, but compare specs and features and get what's right for you. Jensen actually makes pretty decent HU on a budget, I went with a Jensen Flip-Out a while ago and it looked/sounded great.

Sorry for the walls of mass txt haha just figured I'd try and help
