Speaker problem help!?!

My 2013 mustang seems to have a problem. The left speaker crackles when turned up mid range. I do have the bass turned up about half way. Any reason why it might sound like that. I don't think it's blown. What do you think the problem is and would it be covered under ford? And lastly how easy would it be to DIY.

Same here. My 13' crackles on the left side also. I really want to replace all that stock garbage.

Re: Speaker problem help!?!

When I replaced the stock speakers in my Expedition, the after-market speakers crackled for the first two weeks or so. Got really nervous and frustrated about spending the money on broke speakers, waited it out and they sound amazing. Just needed time to break the cones in.
