Wiring for alarm

So I wanted to try out installing an alarm system myself on my 2001 V6. But I have no idea which wire is which and I'm kind of confused with the instructions. If anyone knows of a good wiring diagram would you drop me a link please? Comments or suggestions? Thank you

Honestly I would just take it to a shop. Someone who can warranty the work done. That way if you do ever have I issue with it down the road your covered.

Yeah I looked up wiring diagrams and it seemed easy. Until I looked under the dash and found that the previous owner made a mess with the damn wires taking his own alarm off.

Thanks

Do you have a picture of wiring diagram and a picture of the mess left behind? I would also recommend getting a multi meter, just make sure it reads dc voltage..

I didn't print out a diagram I just found it on the web. But here's the mess once I took off the kick panel.

Post a link to the diagram. Did he leave wires ran with sensors attached?
