Head unit

Does anyone know about BOSS electronics? I found a cheaper head unit while looking for an ipod adapter. Im on a budget so the price is good but i dont want to buy a piece of sh*t for a shaker 1000.

Stay away from boss, pyle, Jensen, and other no name decks. They are garbage. They usually claim higher specs than what they will actually put out.

If your on a budget you shouldn't have a issue finding a pioneer, Sony, or jvc with aux and USB inputs for around $75-100 and the build quality and reliability will be soo soo much better.

As is alpine, but there entry level radios tend to cost around $130.

A solid pioneer Sony or jvc can be had for $60 but you only get a aux in. No USB input.

The PAC rigs aren't a bad way to go just to get aux or 30 pin apple inputs.
