Headunit or amp

So I already have changed all speakers to kickers and have a 12 kicker cvr with 1000 watt amp. I'm now decoding between using a amp for speakers and dyno mat or doing a double din and dash kit ? This is for a 2011 mustang thoughts ? ( yes I want to retain sync )

I have a 2012 mustang with the scoshe dash kit and a double din head unit and it was one of the best upgrades to my car. The touch screen air controls look fantastic and are very responsive. I would recommend the head unit and dash kit first before u install the amp because it will make it much easier to hook up the amp to the aftermarket head unit. I know kenwood makes an adapter for their double din head units that retains all of the sync functions and steering wheel Controls as well

The scoshe dash kit comes with everything u need. It Controls all of your fan and air Conditioning Controls. The kenwood head unit is the only thing that requires the adapter.
