Lots of different ways to go about it

Could get a stand alone like this.
http://shop.siriusxm.com/xm/ctl10600...si4346819/cl1/

You could get a Isimple gateway
https://www.isimplesolutions.com/iph...n-GateWay.aspx
And use this cable
https://www.isimplesolutions.com/int...re-ISSR11.aspx
Then hook it in to this box for sat radio
http://www.crutchfield.com/p_607SCC1...0693939&awdv=m

That would get you sat radio and a iPod input.

I personally would replace with a double din that has built in sat.

+1 I too would jusr replace HU. Very simple, looks good Crutchfield supplies all harnesses.

You could expect to spend from $300-$700 on a deck depending on the manufacturer and the features of the deck.

Is there any other places besides Crutchfield. I only want navigation and satellite radio. I don't even own a CD.

Probably many different places, Crutchfield has great customer service to help you w any install ?s, free shipping, free instructions, and again free wiring harnesses. You might find one without a CD player, but you won't be paying extra for it. Plan on at least 3 or 4 hundred for Navi.

Check sonic electronix also amazon and eBay are good places to find new old stock (so last years models that are still new but being sold at a discount)

I just got this into my head to add the stock Sirius receiver to my stock Pioneer Navigation System in my 07. Have done a bit of research, and took the first step last night. I bought a used receiver out of an 08 salvage on ebay for $22. I will next buy the "turd" antenna for the trunk, $25 on ebay, and all I will have left is the antenna to Sirius receiver cable and the Sirius to Navi HU wire harness and it will be totally stock. All for around $150 total!

I'll let you know how it turns out. BTW I called Ford about the Sirius Receiver unit and they said I couldn't buy just the receiver, had to buy the whole kit...$450!

I didn't want to get rid of my stock navigation system. When I made the deal to buy my car 3 months ago, I made the dealer throw in the current Map DVD which saved a cool 200 bucks. Plus my stock HU has a very nice Sirius interface with 18 Satellite Channel presets. Anyway, as I ramble on, lots of good reasons to keep the stock HU.
