Help installing pioneer dvd touch screen

Just bought a avh-4500bt anyone have instruction on all too remove stock radio and insert new one and where did you find best to place your mic?

I have the 3200pt and I put my mic where my guages are because it was one of the suggested places since I couldn't really put it in my head rest cause I had no idea how you're supposed to do that lol. But you just have to point it up a bit to get past the steering wheel as it works great. I'm not entirely sure how to remove and install for you because I have an 04 which is way different haha but there's plenty of YouTube videos out there that I'm sure will have the answer :p just thought I'd put my little bit of input in though
