Need component advice and amp for 02 vert

Hey guys so my current speakers are just some kicker coaxial speakers. My mach460 crapped out on me 5 years ago and those have been in since with a Sony xplod head unit. I want to definitely run a component set up up front, but not sure if it's needed in the rear also. Since it is a vert it's difficult to hear with the top down, but an audio shop said the rears might not be worth it to run components since I won't be sitting back there. Anyway what is your experience with this? Should I run a component system with a 2 channel amp and leave the coaxials in the back or get a 4 channel and run two sets of components? Thanks.

I install car audio professionally and I agree with them... Just do a 2 channel and leave the coaxial's in the back

How many people outside the car do you want to hear you?

Thanks stang. Any recommendations on power size of amp and speakers, brand of both amp and speakers? Thanks again. I want it to be louder and more clear/better able to hear my my music, but dont care nor want to wake the neighborhood. I'll let my motor do that.

If you want something that sounds great and will last your gonna be spending more like 300-400 on components and 200-300 on a amp

Ok well what brand(s) would you suggest in that category? Also how many RMS should I look for with the speakers and what size amp? Also will the tweeters fit in my stock Mach460 locations?
