You'll just need a 4 Chanel Line out put converter to get a low level signal to your amp. Then run new speaker wire to your speakers or to your factory wiring and re use that.

For a novice you may have some trouble and it may take you 4-8 hours but at a shop you would be looking at around $200 in labor and 2-3 hours.

What I did was unplug my factory amps and ran 2 separate amps for my mid and lows, if your speakers are still factory go head and remove those while you are at it.

Just saying it be wise to get a aftermarket stereo. Everything will be easier, not cheaper but better

The stock 460 system runs on 3 amps. No aftermarket systems use it. They are all 1, 2, or 4 amps for example. So using anything but 460 amps or speakers in a 460 system may work for a while, until something fries. I had an aftermarket head unit hooked up with an amp and 10" sub working straight off it, separate from the 460 system. Worked for quite awhile, but eventually it fried the whole system and had to replace everything. The stock system sounds decent, but it still lacks what the aftermarket can provide. Just replace it it you want it that bad, IMO.
