Need help asap

So I have a 6 cd changer on my 2004 gt mustang it say mach 1 but doesn't have subs in the back n imm installing a double din so which adapter(metra) do I need to fit

Maybe whatever says Mach 1000 was replaced and it is really a Mach 460.
