Play this while carving corners at twice the double nickel.
Baby Driver by Simon & Garfunkel.
You young guys probably never heard of these guys, but they had many hit records/albums in the 70's.

I listen to them a lot. I always thought the sound of silence was such an audacious song.

When I was in college I listed to Simon & Garfunkel's album Bridge Over Troubled Waters, and The Mamas and Papas album If You Can Believe Your Eyes and Ears and usually feel asleep listening to either album. I still have them today.
Although the SCCA frowned on listening to music when racing I did on occasion like to listen to Crosby Stills & Nash..........Suite Judy Blue Eyes.........and had it looped to play over and over and over............until I turned it off.

Whats your drive fast song

Hm, we play a lot of classic rock at work. Mostly what my dad grew up listening to. Most of the crap my generation makes is garbage. Which then again I don't consider it music, more like an annoying noise.

Don't know how old your dad is, but I have no idea who the groups/bands are today because I don't listen to them.
One of my favorite songs is, Bear For My Horses.............Yes I like Country also.

Ain't nothing better then heading out at 4 or 5 am in the Stang

I love to get up early and just take a drive listening to 50' or 60's music on my Sirius radio and enjoying the nice deep growl of my Magnaflows. The music is fine but the pipes are great.
Then head to the diner for breakfast and on to home.

Well, I've got 10+ years on your dad.
All of the groups that were mentioned above..........I have no idea who they are talking about............I guess with music I've had my head under a rock since the 80's.

Hey olerodder

Any so call noise they call "MUSIC" after the mid 70's just gives me a headache. I'm so freakin happy with my Serius Radio It an;t funny. I usually listen to the 50's or 60's and once in a while I'll do 70's, But some of the later 70's so called music is just noise.
I'm with you 100%
Ronnie

Any reggaeton. If you don't know what it is, it's like the Danza Kuduro song at the end of the Fast Five movie lol.

Whats your drive fast song

Volbeat, 5 finger death punch, avenged sevenfold, Machel Montano, and random techno/ dubstep stuff. Kind of a random group of music but I like music from just about every genre imaginable.

I guess technically considered emo, but play this song as you're turning onto the interstate and tell me you don't want to floor it to the speed limiter...

Haha, well a lot of the genres bleed into one another now. Anyway, heard them on Lithium or Octane one day, can't remember, and just thought it was good driving fast music so I got their album.

Another band I like that gets a lot of hate is "Theory of a Deadman" but they put on a hell of a show!

Forgot to to add "Turn Down for What"; that's only my OffShore Go Fast song though.... A buck 20+ with that blasting makes you feel a little Miami Vice.
Also "ChokeChain" by 3OH!3

I find that the need for speed game soundtracks have amazing drive fast songs and great cruising songs. My personal favorite is either "weatherman" by dead Sara
Or "blue ghosts" by riverboat gamblers
