Help! 2005 aftermarket headunit

Ok, I've looked through forums and can't find the answer. Just pulled the shaker 500 headunit out of my Mustang to start installing my new Pioneer unit. But there is one problem. The installation kit has 2 plugs, but my original headunit had 3. Now I'm confused as to how it wires. Please help me.

Your aftermarket harness only has two plugs so you only use those and you let the extra one on the car side dangle. It is simply just not used by the aftermarket unit.
