Bass processor (epicenter)

So I just got a used absolute bass processor last night and have no idea how to tune it. It's an absolute dBm-1500 if it matters and I got a cheapo Kenwood amp (idk which one) and 2 10 Pioneer champion series if it matters. Any help is appreciated
