Does anybody else's Shaker look like this

My display had gotten that scratchy look that has occurred with many stereo's. The dealer replaced it today. The dealer had never seen one look this way but everything works fine so i don't think it is defective. Glad to have a 'clean' screen. It now says "Mustang" when you turn it on. Does anybody else's screen have the two vertical lines?

My base model radio in my 2014 GT had the same issue with the display. I finally got Ford to replace it under warranty after fighting with them for two months. When I got it back, my radio now says "mustang" when you turn it on and I only have one vertical line near my outside temp reading. I don't have the compass display so I don't get the second line.

How much did it cost to replace the screen? Mines not scratched (yet) but it quit working altogether. If anyone knows of a fix other than screen replacement, I'd love to hear about it. Thanks! - Dave

Thanks! I am having trouble finding it, however. I am very much a newbie to this forum... It took me a few minutes to find the classifieds, but then I did not see a mention of a display Any help would be greatly appreciated -Dave
