HELP! Shaker 500, aftermarket Hu, subs, amp

Ok so I just installed my gps head unit with the C2R-FRD1 harness. The harness made everything so easy! Couple of issues though...

1. My head unit does not have an auxiliary in on the back to connect the white/red audio cables that come off the harness to keep the existing Aux port in the center console.

2. The head unit only has 1 set of subwoofer connections, and is currently being used by the C2R-FRD1 to feed the factory subwoofers in the doors.

I can't install my amp, and subwoofers untill I figure out a solution for number 2. Thought about a rca y splitter to feed both sets of subs but I think the balance of the woofers might be an issue.

Already ran most of the wiring, just need power to the amp, and a trigger wire from the head unit. Do I need a fuse for the power line? Also what Guage wire do I need? What's the best way through the firewall?

If you can answer any of these questions or throw out some suggestions it would be a big help!

I followed this guide when wiring up my amp and it spells out all of the details including the firewall.
