I have a set of these sitting on my shelf. Had them in the old CSVT before I scrapped it. They do sound damn good for what they are.

Man, the more I research and read, the more confused I get. From what I know now it makes sense if I go with 2-way speakers since I have the sub from the Shaker 500 already.
So I narrowed it down to these two but can't make up my mind. Anybody can help? Thanks!

The infinity will sound better when pushed to full potential but powering them both off the factory amp those kickers will sound just as good. If your adding another amp later I would run the infinity. If not than go for the cheaper of the two. Either option will be a huge improvement.

If your an audiophile like me you'll end up ripping out all the stock junk. Yes I said junk. (Mine came with the shaker and it's garbage quality)
And replace it all with aftermarket subs speakers and amps. Only thing I have not done is the radio.

I had a few bumps in the road with noise issues but now it's all figured out and sounds incredibly clear and gets very loud .

Thank you, prima. I will go with the Infinitys in case I want to add an amp later on.

Infinity does make a good quality speaker.

I would like to listen to Prima's system I'm sure it's sweet.

I did the instal and build myself. I had 80$ into the box. 40 into the surrounds. 20$ into speaker relocating. 50$ into wires. 80 in rca cables 700 into my amps. 250? On the sub and I believe the speakers wound up around 350ish.

Got a lot of money into it but the sound quality is impeccable for the price.

I'm still debating on tossing in a Jl audio 8w7 instead. I'm always changing stuff around

You can either go with those or use a dremmel and cut out the old speakers and use the factory housing. I did that option. Keeps everything nice and neat and only takes a few minutes to do.
