2010-2014 with a Single DIN stereo

I'm building a higher end sound system and right now I'm using a Kenwood double din. The thing about double din is features.. The Kenwood has stuff I'll never even use or want. I'm looking to do a Pioneer P99RS single din, but I'm afraid it might look weird is the dash. Does anyone here use a single din in the 10-14's? Pics?

Haven't seen one but I'm interested to see what yours will look like. With a single din will you retain the factory ac heat controls?

Well, I've been thinking about your question. I'm thinking about a single din set up as well. Like you I'm not all that interested in all the functions and I'm a little sentimental going back to the early 90's when I was competing in IASCA events and EQ's were all the rage. I still have some top of the line Alpine equipment from back in the day.

So I'm thinking of a nice Alpine CD player and an Alpine EQ with a subwoofer output. Oh, the flashbacks.
