Does any one know who can repair them? Rosen no longer does.

@vartech - Shot you a reply over on TheMustangSource.

What's going on? Just trying to get an idea of "died"

If anything have you pulled the unit to see if there's something loose/not fully plugged in?

Worst case scenario drop me a line and I'll see if we can have it replaced but I'd like to try to trouble-shoot it first.

Alex

I can let you know once I get it back from rosen. I did not know they dont repair them till after i mailed it. But the problem started last oct before i put the car away it would go blank after 5 min. I emailed rosen tech support and they told me to use the reset button and problem went away. I just took the car out to install rtr rear splitter i just got from American muscle and i noticed the screen was off but i could hear the radio. I checked the fuse and it was fine. So I mailed it to rosen. Then they sent me an email saying they stopped repairing them and they may look at it if they can and then ship it back.

@vartech - Understood. If this was purchased here originally can you please shoot me a PM with the order number as we're more than happy to facilitate a claim and replacement for you.

Lesson learned does not matter if item is still with in warranty period. No order number no warranty.

@vartech - I apologize about the delay and I'm going to reply to your PM's right now but that's correct - We need this in order to locate the original order; If it was purchased 2nd hand or used it unfortunately wouldn't transfer from owner to owner.

Alex

It was not 2nd hand. I wish you would have been more clear and stating no order number no warranty. You made it seem that since rosen stated it was within the time frame you would have replaced it. I now have to have them ship the radio back to me.

They need to come up with a new system especially when it comes to these units being gifts and such. Seems like a poor way to do business with the warranty part.

Welcome to the wonderful world of Raxiom. If you had gone out and read reviews on Raxiom units you'd be aware of the high failure rate. Maybe you did and took a chance?

At any rate... put the OEM unit back in for now and then get something better when you can.
