so what hood?

i was thinking about getting a new hood since i'm getting tired or the waterbucket GT hood any suggestions on My DSG car?

i wouldnt mind a hood but there are no hoods that look so much better than the stock 01 with scoop that i want to buy it....

I got the Mach 1 kit from Classic Design Concepts. You get functional ram air and a cool lookin hood also. I recommend it.

I don't know, that Mach 1 Ram Air hood, '99 Cobra front bumper, GT rear bumper, and a Saleen S-281 3-piece rear wing, you'll out do even Brandon.

nah i dont wanna put alot of money into this car when i'll be selling it more than likely in 2 or 3 yrs
03 cobra hood
fogs for front bumper
GT rear bumper
03 cobra of MAYBE and saleen wing
drop and rims
thats probably all i'll do to it as far as exterior wise

I wanna say a combo between metal and fiberglass. But the '03 Cobra hood, I think, will leave a gap when you shut the hood between the front bumper and hood.

Yeah ^^^ It will leave a gap and will hang over in the front from where it should be just a tad, and wont line up properly.

well, I have what looks like is beginning to be a crack around my hood scoop, and I'm pretty sure where the hood latches is metal.
