Hello from North Carolina

I finally got my first Mustang. I have been wanting one for years.

This car is a 1994 5.0 GT. It has 56,000 miles on the chassis / body.

The engine has 2000 or 3000 miles on it right now. It was built from the ground up by a guy from Holcombe Motorsports, NC.

My friend ran into some hard times with money over the past few months, so I bought it for $ 5000.00 total. I have been trying to get him to get a list of parts that has been put into the car, I hope he still remembers all of them, or has most of the receipts somewhere.

( Different block, pistons, crank, heads, cam, intake, rockers, transmission, 373 gears, pretty much everything )

I have owned the car for a few months now, but I have not got it on the road yet. The car has been sitting in his garage for about 2 years after being built, because my friend was operating a roofing and construction company, working out of town, and didn't ever get around to completing the project.

So far, I have installed a new harmonic balancer, radiator, battery, timing cover, idler pulley, flushed cooling system 4 times, cleaned air filter, repaired the frayed wiring near the battery, removed the rust and corrosion from the trunk and repainted it, removed the H-pipe and repaired a few pin hole leaks and painted it with ceramic header paint, replaced thermostat, installed new headers and safety locking header bolts, touched up paint on the engine parts, and cleaned the engine with a tooth brush!

It is running pretty nice so far! Let me know what you think!

Re: Hello from North Carolina

I did another quick video with my digital camera!

I made a few adjustments to the intake and throttle yesterday.

I think she's ready for the road now, or getting close!
