depends of the offset, u will have to trim material or roll the fenders, take off the quad shocks and trim material off the inner wheelwell. its been done but it will take some finesse. u can run without the quads but u will need up put beefier lower control arms to keep the rear end in check.

my friend put 17x9's 6.11 back spacing on his GT and it would bump the fender, an 8 wide is the best choice as they have less sticking out~ but the tires fit they would just hit the fender. With an 18x10 it will be probabl 6.3 back spacing so IMO they wont work if you are lowered at all. Rolling the fenders will only be needed if the rim actually fits nearly under the fender lol else it wont matter.

18x10 is just too big for a Fox. I've got 17x9s on mine and they are pushing it. 17x8 would probably work best.

do you know the backspacing of the rim? chances are they will stick out under the rear fender

You'll also probably have to run dumps if you want to run 10" wheels. My 9" wheels occasionally rub the exhaust and I have to push the tail pipe farther into the hanger.
