Work... LOL

I used to work as an Aircraft Mechanic for Hawaiian Airlines while I was in Hawaii (I grew up in Hawaii), but now I'm working for a Charter Airline in Miami, FL. The aviation job market in Hawaii is very small (especially since Aloha Airlines shut down.) So I moved the family out to Florida - alot more opportunities/jobs available and cost of living is WAAAAAY Cheaper!

I do still own a house in Makakilo (on Oahu), so eventually I plan on moving back home to the 'aina!

That's really interesting! My brother went to Hawaii and (mustang fanatic) was astounded by the amount of performance cars that serve as Law Enforcement. Took some pics of Mach 1s and Cobras with lights on top and stuff really cool!

Yeah, there are alot of cops in Hawai'i that use their own personal vehicles - and they all use American Muscle Cars. Back in the 80's, it was very common to see cops with Monte Carlo SS's, or Olds 442's - in the 90's it was Camaros and Impala SS's. Supposedly nowadays alot of them have Mustangs and Cobras, but I'm not entirely positive since I haven't been back home to Hawai'i in a few years. LOL
