Re: Greetings from Missouri

welcome, now get to modding lol! I would start by taking of the dealer decal on the back of the car, always rip those off asap lol

to bad they stuck on their tag, unless of course you live in a state where front tags are a must then you have no choice... I personally hate front tags

Re: Greetings from Missouri

Yep, that dealer sticker will be coming off soon. My state does require the goofy front plate. That front plate just screams I'm an outta stater to the police if you travel. I plan on ordering a set of Pypes Violator cat-back pipes and a K&N filter. Might get a chip later. Does anyone have experience with this exhaust?

Re: Greetings from Missouri

welcome :thumbs2:

Nice lookin 2010! I've already seen a bunch of mods available for them on numerous sites.

I have the pypes street-pro cat back for my v6.
I've heard the violators on a 01 GT. They have a loud, deeper tone. They have a bark to them when given wot.

Exhaust is really a personal preference. Listen to some clips online, try to hear the systems in person, that's the best way to really hear them, sometimes cameras don't do justice.

These clips are from the 05-08 3v's. I'm guessing yours would sound close to these.

Re: Greetings from Missouri

if you put an air filter system on it (thats worth putting on it) you must have a tune and not just a mail order off the shelf one. Get a REAL tune from someone good with the cars, my friend has a bamachips.com tune and he loves it. Be sure to post up when you are ready for such things and we will help you avoid any mistakes

Re: Greetings from Missouri

I've read where this mustang has a cold air induction system on it already. Feedback? I put a cold air intake on my F-250 5.4 and noticed better fuel mileage and better sound. I was just wanting to go with the filter and not a whole system if this is truly the case with the stock intake. Thanks for the info on the pipes sonicpony
