New guy from Phoenix

Hey guys, Long time Ford owner here, from Arizona. Over the years I've had 3 Thunderbirds, a Cougar, even an Escort. This however is my dream car!

I always wanted a Mustang since I was young and now that the kids are grown, I went out an bought one.

I'm very happy with the car, It's fast (about 425 rwhp) and very loud!

I've had her about 2 weeks and have changed out the fog lights with the Halo type (didn't like the stock ones at all).

My short term plans are taking it to a custom paint shop and having the chin spoiler and side skirts painted to match the car. I'm also thinking of having a white stripe painted on the lower part of the doors between the wheel wells (like you see on many other mustangs)

My longterm wishlist includes getting some headers installed and possibly some different wheels and tires.

I was thinking about something like this...I almost bought it when I replaced the front lights with the Halo lights.

Re: New guy from Phoenix

Just kidding. That tail light is the ugliest thing ever. I can't believe someone would put that on their car.

Maybe with smoked lenses it would be tolerable.

Very nice looking GT! Personally not a fan of the euro clear style tails but each to his own...tail light tint/covers on red mustangs looks really good imo.

to the ME. Love the color combination, of course I am biased.
I had some thought about tinting the lights but the car is already red so the lights just blend in now.
