Restoring an 87 T-Top GT

Hey ME,

I was searching for tips and guides to help me along with the 87 5.0 I just picked up and found this site. Lots of good stuff here!

Basically, I have an old foxbody that a gentleman was trying to restore/rebuild. He got a decent amount of engine work done and a little exterior work. I think in the end he just ran out of time and money. I have always loved this style of Mustang...to me and my friends growing up, this was just the badass car to have.

I got a pretty good deal on it and have started collecting parts and figuring out how I can get it the way I want. I don't have a timetable, I just want to do it right and have a great car in the end. I have already found quite a bit of information here about things I was looking to do and I am sure I will have more questions as I dig in.

Thanks!

LMD
