New From PA

I'm 20 years old, I've been driving Mustangs ever since i turned 16, started out with a 1998 Cobra, traded that in on a 2000 VW Jetta VR6, but missed the raw power of my Mustang, so i traded the Jetta in on a 2004 Mustang GT 40th Anniversary Edition.

The car was bone stock when i bought it, but in a very short period of time (i bought the car 10/2008) I've added the following modifications:

-Tinted Windows
-Black w/ Chrome Lip American Racing Wheels
-Black Mustang Rear Bumper Inserts
-SCT 4 Bank Eliminator Chip
-BBK Cold Air Intake Kit
-BBK Under Drive Pully
-75mm BBK Throttle Body
-C&L Upper Intake Plenum
-SLP Loudmouth II Catback System
-Blacked Out Rear Tail Lights
-Mach 1 Chin Spoiler
-Hood Pins

*I will post a picture ASAP*

Soon to come mods:
-Ford Racing Lowering/Performance Springs
-Engine Strut Brace
-Smoked Headlights
-Rear Louvers
-BBK Shorty Headers
-Honeycomb Rear Trunk Lid
-Re-Paint Car

Re: New From PA

83 Honda Shadow VT 750. It's an oldie (carbed) but it runs like a champ (now) and is fun to ride. I want to get a CBR 600 but that's after another mustang

How about you?

Re: New From PA

Old doesn't mean anything if you have it running right.

I hear you on the CBR 660, i've been looking at a couple different ones, thats my next toy when i scrape together some money.

My brother owns one and i've ridden it, its a blast.

Re: New From PA

Yah I rode my buddies 600 once and it was amazing. I couldn't even imagine the 1000.
I'm really more of a harley/honda cruiser type of guy, but I've recently taken a liking to the sport bikes. One day...

Re: New From PA

One of the best things I did was sell my CBR 600 F3. That thing was trying to kill me!

Re: New From PA

haha yeah, i've ridden a busa and that thing was nasty, i wouldn't live for more than 2 days riding something like that.

I'm the same way, i like the cruiser/chopper style, but i wanna get a "weekend" toy, like the 660

Gotcha, was just curious as I'm from South Jersey (about 45 minutes southeast of Philly) and went to school in Williamsport

Sorry man, nothing mustang specific in your area.. there is a great group of Regal guys that get together (all mid 20sish, not an old crowd) that get together near Philadelphia, they all like cool car people regardless of what they drive.. Beyond that nada..

Great way to find out is hit up Atco/Cecil on street nights with your car and get to chatting with people

Re: New From PA

Yeah thats what i was going to do, i've been to cecil a couple of times, the last time i was down there, i was down there with my 98' Cobra, and someone smashed the windshield and driver side window out because i whooped his ***, pansy camaro. He was just salty that he got crushed, but then when i reported it to the "Security" people at cecil, they told me they couldn't do anything about it and that i had to file a report with the police, so i did and still nothing happened, so i had to pay out of pocket to get them both replaced and i haven't been down there since.
