Welcome. Mustangs built before 2005 are pretty squeaky to begin with, but maybe you have some worn bushing or other suspension parts. :dunno:

Welcome to the Family :ar15:

and i agree with JROC. try to WD-40 bomb the rear suspension and bushings and see if it goes away. if it does, check for cracked or dry bushings.

Thanks for the help mustang crowd. I will try the wd-40 but someone told me that wd40 would damage the rubber? Should I use silicon???

Re: new to this site

Welcome To ME :smoke: WD-40 should not be used on a continuous basis to stop the squeaks but only as a one time quick use to diagnose the source

Re: new to this site

over exposure or over use of wd will dry it out. but on application to ensure that's what the problem is won't. plus if you have bad bushings causing the problem, it's really pointless on whether it damages the rubber or not. you'll have to replace them anyway. if the bushings are not cracked already then switch to silicone grease if they are making the noise.
