no snow and ice but i dont work well in 30 degree weather
i get cold at anything under 70

Lol, being from New York I can work in any thing as long as it's above 15...

thats way too cold for me
im used to texas and puerto rico weather
it has to at least be 70 for me to work outside
whenever i get my garage then it would probably be ok
