New from Tx

Hey everybody
I came across this app on my phone and it looked cool so just checking it out on the computer
I own a beautiful 2001 v6 mustang, I've had her for 3 years and 6 months, her name is Adrian.
She was completely stock and falling apart when I got her but with some time and money she has definately come back to life
I put in bbk shorty headers and cai in her and got her some dual exhaust and some nice fog lights. I have tried to make her look unique since there are many mustangs out there and I like for people to remember my baby
She just recently got a new paint job and got everything blacked out and all the emblems taken off.
I love my baby more than anything and I try to do all the work on her myself with some help from my dad and fiance. I am going to college and majoring in automotive and learning as much as I can so I don't have to take my baby to a mechanic. I hate anyone touching my baby. I think its funny how I can keep going on about my baby and stangs but anything else I draw a blank so I should cut myself off now, lol

Looks like an awesome forum

Nice stang...looks real clean with the emblems shaved off...a drop will make it even sleeker.

Re: New from Tx

welcome! Brent (a member on here) has some tokico shocks/struts for sale that would work great with a set of h&r race springs for a good handling car.

yes! tht was the big question for me before I changed them, lol
but since I already had the billet grille, hood n side scoops I thought chrome rims would go better with everything
I have been seeing more black rims n like them a lot so i will most likely have them on my future cobra

Welcome! Clean looking stang after putting that much TLC into it. I don't like anyone touching my cars either. It's all done myself, period. And as for rims I think black on black would look sick. I get a lot of compliments on mine. Good job on doing it all yourself and again, welcome to the site. Glad to have you here.

Well idk much about wiring so I took it to a place to have it installed
my fiance recommended a place so I took her there
the next day I was out with my fiance in my baby
then we went to leave the store and my baby wouldn't turn on
no clicks no turning over nothing when I turned the key
freaked me the hell out
I had to help put her on a trailer a few inches bigger than my baby n take her to the only mechanic my family trusts
a few hours later he found a bare wire from my stereo tht blew a fuse
I was pissed, of course
so I went to the place I got the stereo installed n told them about it
first they tried to deny tht a stereo wire could blow a fuse
then when they took a look at the stereo they said there wasn't any bare wires
I told them tht my mechanic would not leave it out for it to happen again
I was there for awhile n they nvr gave me my moneybk or said tht they were sorry so yeah
....I am nvr taking my car anywhere else
thts why I hope I can learn all the electrical stuff in school this coming semester, lol

That had to suck. I would have been furious. I've been having trouble with my stang starting since I got it (finally figured it out a week ago) and have had enough of it
