Just went from stock 16 to deep dish chrome 18

ok! I'm a newbe. any comments will make me decide if i want to lower the stang cause it looks raised somehow. I just want to know if I might have rubbing issues. thanks!

ya needs lowering and next time you buy tires buy wider ones to protect that chrome lip, it might just be the image but they look one size off~ dont want to curb those new rims to be careful.

You know what... That's what I thought the tires need to be wider. The ones in the rear are 275/35/18 and the front are 245/40/18. They are nexen 3000 tires. They are smooth as hell though.

Rubbing would depend on wheel offset, tire size, and how much you lower it...

An Eibach Pro-Kit would lower it enough to make it look much better, but I've rarely seen a Pro-Kit drop a car enough to rub

8 inch wide rim needsa 245/255 wide tire a 9 inch rim needs 275 wide~ thats usually how it goes
