Hi everyone! This is my first mustang believe it or not. I traded my 2010 wrangler with a bunch of mods for this. I do miss the jeep, but I'm having so much more fun driving the saleen!

Now, gimme some opinions on what I can do for some little modifications here and there. Thanks everyone!

No I don't think so. I am new to saleens, but not too new to normal mustangs.

Welcome and nice car btw. My husband has an 09 jeep wrangler. He would die if he knew someone went from a jeep to a stang lol haha. He's hardcore jeeper.

You can't see the aux port very well but if u feel inside the console on one of the walls ull find it

I loved the jeep! But I'm already seeing an improvement with gas compared to the wrangler.

I'll have to look. I only saw the car charger port earlier.

I attached a pic of my old jeep too.

Lol I bet. You two would have gotten along just fine haha. We r going off roading next weekend. he just bought pro-comp 35 inch tires so we get to test em out!

Your aux port should be right next to the car charger outlet thing. I don't have a saleen but I do have an 07 and i think they r pretty much the same concept interior. The 05-09s. Lemme kno if ya find it

Looks like I've gotta get an AUX hook up. As soon as I sell my spare parts from my jeep I'll buy one. Thanks for your help!

Re: 2005 saleen

welcome! most saleens are just GT mustangs with perhaps a supercharger if it has that option so your mods can be done just like a GT would. The 05 + Love a new intake/tune, then you can consider better axle back exhaust, under drive pulley, and such to boost the power.

Re: 2005 saleen

Very nice looking car. Looks like your on the right track, CAI, maybe a Borla. Just bought a new GT myself and those are the first mods I plan on doing.

Thanks! CAI is the first thing to be done to it. Exhaust is really not needed on this saleen. I love the way it sounds now, and it definitely turns heads!

So I just received a package in the mail. Turns out that my friend surprised me with a saleen short throw adapter. Wow! This is just awesome. I'll have it installed soon, but that'll be a whole new thread
