Thanks to all for the warm welcome.

Florida is awesome. I used to live in Tampa back in the day. Great state, now if you guys could only get rid of the hurricanes LOL.

I like the paint scheme on the CAI. I'd like to use it. Do you mind?

I'm thinking about getting my 65 coup black outside and dark red inside, what you think and what specific colors you suggest.

Would not mind at all. I seen a Mach 1 with a paint job and I liked it so much I used it as a go by for my 03 Cobra. Nothing wrong with seeing something you like and making it your own IMO.

My colors have always been Red, Silver and Black. So, I do not think you can go wrong with any combination of those colors. Black with red interior is a popular combination.

I think if you post this question in the classic mustang section you may get more responses. Also, there is a website called vintage mustang forum and they have lots of information on the first generation mustangs for you to research.
