Newbie

Had my 2000 GT Manual for a few weeks now and I love it. Can't wait to get my ideas in the works!

18x9 in front and 18x10 in back with 275/35 and 285/35 tires. I wanna go wider in the back though so I've been testing my trak-lok a lot lately lol

Thanks! Yeah they were on it. It has 3/8in spacers on the back and 1 in. H&R in the rear. Eventually I wanna swap in MM coilovers, remove the spacers, and add some caster camber plates up front. But for now it is what it is. I saw in a thread you had some 315 sumitomos. I have sumis on right now and I don't believe they make an 18in 315, but what do you think of them?

Woops, I meant 3/8 in in the front.

Also, I think the tires look so fat in that picture because the shadow lines up with the shadow from the front tire. They look wide, just not nearly that wide! Haha

I had sumitomos and they lasted about 13,000 miles and now I have nittos and they feel like a better tire and also they look a lot better on the wheel

My plan was to switch the rears to nittos when these wore out. I get bad traction with my sumis for how wide they are. Nitto makes the size I want too so im double happy about that.

Either a 305 or 315. And probably a 35 or 40 sidewall. Maybe 30....

305/35 is prolly what I would do. that set up will look meaty as hell. maybe 40 but since ur looking to lower the back u may just stick with 35.

That's kinda what I was thinking. 305 will save me a bit of cash too. Thanks for the info!
