New Mustang Owner

I was given a 2002 Mustang v6 it's a little beat up but it runs like a Champ since it has great mileage I was thinking of Just going all out and Making this a great project
I was going to start with the Engine and swap the v6 for a v8 any suggestions? And if so could someone give me an estamation on how much that would cost? Thank you

Welcome! I actually just sold a six for an eight. Usually it is just cheaper to do it that way. The cheapest way is to find a donor car and swap because you can pull all the parts from there. In retrospective, you need the engine, accessories, larger rear end, new suspension, fuel rails, ecu, exhaust, and transmission. There is a lot that goes into a swap and I'm not an expert by any means. I'm sure someone will enlighten you on this path if you choose to take it.

Welcome! Like said above, unless you just really wanna to the swap it would be much easier and more efficient to trade
