No, NW Indiana on Lake Michigan roughly half-way between the Illinois/Michigan state lines. Chesterton, IN. Originally from Miguel Aleman, across the border from Roma, TX. Left in 1966.

Yeah, my in-laws used to have a cottage in Arroyo City on the canal that goes to Harlingen. The fishing was awesome. The old man used to catch crabs and shrimp also.
