I just bought a 2012 shelby all stock, with 4k miles on it, I love looking on this forum for good ideas on customizing and just overall upkeep of my new car. I'm 23 with not alot of expertise in taking care of such a beast of a car.

At a quick glance your car almost looks like a Camaro, my first stang was a 1996 V6, I threw a body kit on it, new head lights. So yea I defiantly respect some cosmetic mods as well

Selling Volkswagens in little Corpus Christi, TX. I really was leaning towards a TDI Passat, but i couldn't turn down the car i always wanted growing up. Plus I figured I'd get it now before I have any kids, but my next car is defiantly going to be a TDI Passat though, the milage to power ratio is unbelievable

Passat tdi really is nice. Buddy of mine just did a charity drive the entire length of I55 on one tank. Over 1000 miles on 18 gallons of diesel. Vwtdi55 is his fb page.

Thats awesome, i just read an article where a passat TDI went through all 48 states, about 8,100 miles on 108 gallons of fuel, they averaged 77.98 mpg

Considering your fairly new to the game. He seems to know what he's doing. And being as y'all are from the same town. Hopefully he can help and we can see some pics of y'all's two monsters beside each other.

To me, for a Shelby owner, one of my favorite threads I have ever started has been the "what mods have u don't to ur Shelby" thread. When u get time. Check it out.
