Finally took delivery of '14

Finally took delivery of my 5.0! Love it so far. It goes under the knife this weekend for some appearance upgrades. More pics to come. Love it.

Congrats! We have twin rides! Except for the recaros. What are you getting done to it? I've been busting my head trying to figure out what stripes or decals to go with. It's tough. Matte black looks great, but so does red or blue depending on the shade. Anyways congratulations!

Haha nice! Well, I've installed the Roush hood scoop (no pics yet, it's dark out), Borla cat-backs, I have to install this weekend, Roush splitters (front, sides, rear), GT500 style spoiler. I don't like the one that's on it. I'm still racking my brain about the suspension. Not sure which way I'm going to go yet. As far as decals, I'm only considering black hash marks on the fenders. I want them painted so I may wait a little while for that.

Damn! You're going all out! I'm taking my time a bit, but I hope to step my game up soon! I take it you didn't take the navigation and rear camera option? I was looking for other spoilers, but no luck yet. Anyways I'm stoked to see the progress!

Lol Well, I ordered it back in April so I've had plenty of time to save up and order parts. Now my problem is finding the time to install them. I didn't go with nav and rear view camera. I just couldn't justify $2500 (I think) for the package. They just added some duckbill spoilers on American Muscle (looks like the Roush spoiler), you may want to check them out.

I saw them, but nothing that accommodates the camera pod. I just took mine off the lots and it came with pretty much all the options other than recaros and glass roof. You got track pack as well?

Yeah, I just added track pack, Recaros, and appearance package. I regret the appearance package as I'm already replacing the spoiler... but it is what it is.

And you got the brembo kit too. What else came with the appearance package? The side windows louvers and scoops right?

The Brembo package is part of the track pack. Yeah, the appearance package came with spoiler, window louvers, and side scoops.

It's amazing, I have it in my 01, but it was only $180 for my car

Congrats on your '14 GT. Great call going with the Recaro's! I'm very jealous of that interior. I'd love to put a set in my '04 Cobra one day..

I'm looking forward to pics with all your new mods installed too!

Wow! That is stunning. Your paint job color is outstanding on that model. Enjoy every second with that. Congratulations!

Thank you all for the kind words! I love this car. So fun to drive. Here's a pic with the Roush hood scoop installed. (one of the most nerve racking things I have done. drilling into my brand new hood lol)

Yeah dude, real straight forward, especially with the template given. Just nerve racking drilling into a perfectly good hood lol.
